The Dimensional Breakthrough Intensive
Change how you respond when the same pattern returns.
Design an approach for the pattern you want to change, practise it with personalised guidance, and use your Change Roadmap to review your progress and adjust. Your Profile is included.
You have grown. Why does the same pattern still return?
You might find yourself rereading a straightforward message, agreeing before checking your capacity, or polishing a decision you are ready to make. Even after years of growth, familiar responses can keep taking time and attention when you want to move forward.
Over time, the pattern may strain relationships, unsettle your peace, interrupt progress and chip away at confidence or self-trust. It can also crowd out enjoyment and opportunities you care about.
Understand what you need. Practise a different response.
Recognising a pattern can help you understand what happens. Change also involves finding a way to meet the need beneath the response and practising supporting behaviours.
Your Profile guides your focus. In the guided session, you choose an activity for your psychological needs and decide how much and how often to practise. This is your psychological investment. A personal review helps you refine the design.
A familiar reaction may still arise. Your Change Roadmap helps you notice what is happening, adapt your approach and respond more in line with the person you want to become.

Your Change Roadmap: practise, review and adjust.
A new response may feel awkward at first. That feeling alone does not tell you whether an approach suits you. Your Roadmap helps you make sense of what you notice and decide what to do next.
- 1
What to practise
Choose supporting behaviours and decide how much and how often to practise, in a way that fits your circumstances.
- 2
What to notice
Notice what changes in everyday situations and whether the response becomes easier with practice. Progress is more than an early burst of enthusiasm.
- 3
How to interpret change
A setback is information to review, not proof that you are back at square one. A psychological shift may also happen before a new behavioural skill feels familiar.
- 4
When to adjust
Separate expected adjustment from an approach that is not suitable for you. A new boundary may feel unfamiliar; that discomfort alone does not prove that change is working. Review how the approach fits your needs and circumstances.
If distress worsens or you are concerned about how you are feeling, do not treat that as a sign of progress. Pause the activity and seek appropriate support. Your Roadmap helps you recognise when to review the approach or ask for further help as your circumstances change.

Personal review and support.
Your Profile and guided design session give you an early chance to assess whether the direction is relevant. The Intensive also includes a personal review and 30 days of structured implementation support.
Before you begin.
What if I already understand my patterns?
Understanding a pattern is a valuable start. You may already know strategies and be able to put them into practice. The Intensive helps you work out which psychological investment fits your needs and circumstances, how to apply it, and what to watch for as you adjust.
What if I don't know where to start?
Your Dimensional Profile and priority direction are the starting point. You do not need to choose a domain before you begin.
What if I am too busy?
The time commitment depends on your scheduled components and the work you choose to practise. Check the delivery instructions shown before enrolment so you can decide whether the timing works for you.
What if I need a different domain?
Your priority direction is personalised to your Profile. If your circumstances change, the design and review process gives you a place to discuss an adjustment.
How personalised is the experience?
Your Profile informs the priority direction. You design an approach for your circumstances, decide how much and how often to practise, and receive a personal review. The Change Roadmap helps you decide what to practise and when the approach may need to change.
How much time will I need?
The start date, delivery schedule and expected time commitment will be shared before enrolment opens, so you can decide whether the timing works for you.
What happens after purchase?
After payment, sign in to view your programme and open the included Profile. You can share briefly what you would like to change; your Profile and guided design work then inform your Change Roadmap.
What if I've already bought the Profile?
If Profile credit is available for enrolment, it is based on your most recent Profile payment, less any confirmed refunds. USD payments are converted to SGD at the reference rate shown with your total. The credit has no expiry and can be used once. A full refund of the Intensive makes it available again. Disputed or fully refunded Profile payments do not qualify. Your existing Profile and results stay in your account.
What is the refund policy?
Support and refund terms will be published before enrolment opens. No refund or outcome guarantee is active yet.
Is this therapy?
No. The Intensive is a psychological education and personal-development experience. It is not clinical treatment, diagnosis or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
